The oversized puppet is filled with handwritten “glooms,” so when it catches flame, it symbolizes exorcising sorrows. Where: Fort Marcy Ballpark When: Gates open at 4:30 p.m. The burn is tentatively scheduled for 9:33 p.m., according to a news release, although weather could make the burn start early or late. Cost: Advance tickets are $10. Day-of tickets cost $15.
